Effective laser treatment for viral warts

Unlike age spots and pedunculated warts, verruca plantaris are always infectious and contagious because they are viral warts. On the soles of the feet, these warts are pushed inward by mechanical pressure, causing pain when touched. On the hands, viral warts grow much more superficially and bulge outward. In addition to surgical or topical medication, laser treatment can be used. Treatment is usually performed in a single session with an ablative laser.
First, the area to be treated is disinfected and then locally anesthetized. To protect yourself from the laser beam, protective goggles are put on shortly before treatment begins. The duration of the treatment depends on the number of warts to be removed and takes several seconds to minutes.
